DITIB and the affiliated associations act according to the following criteria:

The DITIB pursues objectives that are exclusively in line with the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. We are committed to the freedom-democratic basic order.

DITIB is a bipartisan organization and prohibits any kind of party political activity in the association areas.

It attaches importance to friendship, respect, tolerance and solidarity between people and other members of religious. These properties also coincide with the principles of Islam. Any kind of violence and call to violence are rejected.

It respects the principle of equal treatment among the members and the transparency towards the members and to the outside.

DITIB pursues charitable religious, cultural and non-profit purposes. In order to achieve the statutory objectives, we exercise our activities voluntarily.
